- Late Arrivals and last minute cancellations will not be refunded
- Full Pre-payment required in order to confirm activity booking
- Transfer costs not included in the activity rates, this will be quoted separately depending on the amount of guests

- On certain activities we require a certain number of passengers before a tour will commence
- Diving rates subject to change due to High & Low seasons, the rates do not include the KZN wildlife fee or Parking fee
